This is a great oatmeal recipe for a chilly fall morning. You can even have this for lunch or an afternoon snack.
CranApple Cinnamon Oatmeal
- 1/2 cup oatmeal (cook according to package)
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 1 cup apple, diced
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup raw pecans
- Cook oatmeal according to package directions.
- Stir in cinnamon and flaxseed.
- Top with apples, cranberries and pecans.
