What’s for Lunch

“What’s for lunch?”

Sometimes lunch can be tough. I usually try to get leftovers so I don’t get tempted to order fast food or pizza. This bowl was super simple to make. I had some pinto beans in the fridge that I heated them up and put taco seasoning on them. Threw in some mixed greens, salsa i had in the fridge and topped with sliced avocado and some lime. Delicious and healthy lunch, no need to go to Taco Bell. Although I did find a semi-healthy meatless option there (power bowl) as well. Don’t worry the next time I have to have fast food out of necessity, I will blog about it so you can see what I’m talking about. I’m telling you, you will not go hungry eating this way. I’m on day number 30 and I don’t miss meat or sugar at all. Give it a try! #wholefoodplantbased #forksoverknives

A taco bowl is a great snack or lunch. Make it with air fryer chips.
