I’ve always liked fruit, vegetables and carbs much more than meat. I’ve tried several eating plans (south beach diet, keto, paleo, 21 day fix) and never really liked anything enough to stick with it so I would go back to eating junk food. I recently developed eczema and also my blood pressure is inching up as I get older, so I thought it was time for me to start eating healthy. All I had to do was watch “Forks over knives” on Netflix and knew this was the way for me to go this time, a whole food plant based diet. I am also reading “How Not to Die” by Dr. Greger.
