When I first started this way of eating I was very intrigued by Buddha bowls. They always look so delicious and colorful; fun to eat! Buddha bowls usually contain vegetables, whole grains, and protein. This is a well-balanced bowl of goodness. You can add dressing and seeds. Lots of toppings and additions to play with and get creative. The most colorful bowls usually taste the best. Eat the rainbow!
