Sesame Cauliflower
This cauliflower can be made in the air fryer or in the oven. It's vegan and whole food plant based no oil.

Ingredients

cups
chopped cauliflower
1/3

liquid aminos or soy sauce
1/4
cup
pure maple syrup
1/2
tbsp
onion powder
1/2
tbsp
garlic powder

tbsp
sesame seeds
Instructions
For Air Fryer:
Toss all ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl. Stir until cauliflower is coated.
Pour into air fryer basket.
Cook in Air fryer for 15 minutes at 390F.
For Oven:
Preheat oven to 425F.
Toss all ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl. Stir until cauliflower is coated.
Pour onto parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake 20-25 minutes until light brown.
Notes
Serve over rice or mixed greens.
