Sesame Cauliflower

This cauliflower can be made in the air fryer or in the oven. It's vegan and whole food plant based no oil.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped cauliflower
  • 1/3 cup liquid aminos or soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

For Air Fryer:

  • Toss all ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl. Stir until cauliflower is coated.
  • Pour into air fryer basket.
  • Cook in Air fryer for 15 minutes at 390F.

For Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 425F.
  • Toss all ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl. Stir until cauliflower is coated.
  • Pour onto parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake 20-25 minutes until light brown.

Notes

Serve over rice or mixed greens.
