Blueberry Pie Muffins
These muffins taste like blueberry pie! They are vegan, vegetarian, whole food plant based, no oil.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix together flaxseed and water in a mall bowl, set aside. This is used as a binder, instead of using an egg in a recipe.
In a large bowl mix together flour, baking powder, date sugar, cinamon.
Stir in maple syrup, oats, plant milk, and reserved flax mixture.
Fold in blueberries.
Distribute evenly into a lined muffin tin. This makes 12 muffins.
Bake for 35-40 minutes. 35 minutes was enough in my oven.
