Portobello Mushroom Caps, washed

chopped onion

cloves
minced garlic

spray
of olive oil or 1 tbsp water if eliminating oils

steak seasoning (I use Aldi's Brand)
1/2
cup
vegetable stock
1
tbsp
liquid aminos
1
tbsp
white wine vinegar

sprigs
fresh thyme
Instructions
Add water or a spray of olive oil to a medium skillet over medium-high heart
Add Onion and garlic to skillet, saute for 2 minutes.
Add Mushrooms to skillet, season with steak seasoning.
Brown Mushrooms for 1-2 min on each side.
Mix together vegetable stock, aminos and vinegar in a small bowl.
Add vegetable stock mixture to the mushrooms.
Add fresh thyme.
Reduce heat to medium. Cover and simmer for 7 minutes. Until sauce has thickened.
Serve with mashed potatoes and a vegetable.
