I came across Vegan wonton wrappers when I was grocery shopping so I had to pick them up. I&#8217;ve been using my air fryer a lot since eating whole food plant-based to avoid the extra oil, so I decided to make wontons in the air fryer. You could also make this recipe in the oven if you don&#8217;t have an air fryer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the filling, I use matchstick carrots, garlic, bok choy, red onion, sesame seeds, and black beans. I love beans so I try to add them to recipes when I can. My son Harrison liked them but said he would rather have the filling with no beans. He would like me to make them next time without the beans.
