Prepare your snacks the night before so you have them ready for the next day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Choose snacks that contain protein and fiber. Good choices are nuts, whole grain crackers, raw vegetables, hummus, avocados, olives. Even a fresh green salad is a great snack. The more you fill your body with these types of food, the less likely you will reach for the junk food. Once you get in the habit of doing this, you will look forward to your healthy snack. The prettier you make it the more likely you are to enjoy it and look forward to it.
