I had some dark chocolate chips so I decided to try chocolate chip peanut butter cookies. When eating on a whole food plant-based diet there are still options for sweet treats.  The best flours to use are almond or coconut flour; or even whole wheat flour. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cookies did fall apart easily if not left to cool long enough and are super peanut buttery but I think you will still enjoy them. If you aren&#8217;t a peanut butter lover, I wouldn&#8217;t suggest trying these.
