Add ground flaxseed and water to a small bowl. Mix and set aside for a few minutes.
In your food processor or blender, add the dates. Pulse until chopped.
To the dates, add cocoa powder, coconut flour, baking powder, flaxseed mixture, plant milk, and vanilla. Pulse until mixed together.
Stir in dark chocolate chips.
Pour into a non-stick or parchment-lined 8x8 baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes. Cool in the fridge for at least 15 minutes before cutting.
Notes
These brownies are very rich and fudge like. Allow to cool completely before cutting. I like to serve these with raspberries. The dark chocolate and raspberries taste so good together.
