Dark Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookies
This is a yummy whole-food plant-based (vegan) cookie for peanut butter lovers! This recipe makes 12 cookies.

natural peanut butter (peanuts should be the only ingredient)

date sugar

vanilla

almond flour
1/4

coconut flour

baking soda

dark chocolate chips (vegan)
Instructions
Preheater oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the peanut butter, date sugar, vanilla, flours, and baking soda.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Roll dough into 1" balls and place on a non-stick baking sheet or baking sheet lined with parchment.
Flatten each dough ball with a fork or the bottom of a glass.
Place in oven and bake for 12 minutes.
Allow cookies to cool for 5-10 min before removing from the baking sheet. If you remove them too early they will be falling apart.
